As the highly anticipated Hari Hara Veera Mallu nears its release on July 24, 2025, Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan is set to make a rare public appearance—sparking whispers that he might even announce his retirement from films during the packed press meet. Pawan Kalyan called himself as an ‘Accidental Actor’. He also clarified that he did not want to becom an actor at all, but with no other option left, He entered acting.
Pawan Kalyan announced, ”I might or might not work for films anymore with the given responsibilites. I might stay away from the films from now on”. This announcement came as a shock to the fans.

During the press meet, Pawan Kalyan revealed many interesting details about his career. He also said, ” I have put my heart and soul in this film, The story is such a good message. I endured all the tantrums from the politicians who said that I left my responsibility for films. But I really admire cinema and this industry fed me for years”
Pawan Kalyan also thanked the producer of Hari Hara Veera Mallu AM Ratham for trusting him. He said, ” I might be a well known politician and i might have nation wide fanbase, but in the cinema, I am very less than many other actors in collections and other factors too.”
Pawan Kalyan broke the silence on his absence from the promotions of the film saying. ”Nidhi Aggerwal took everything on her shoulders and promoting the film all by herself. I feel very bad to make her do all that for this film despite having her own career. So, I am here for the film too”.
