To prevent anemia, you should mainly eat iron-rich foods. Let’s get acquainted with some iron-rich drinks that should be included in your diet to increase hemoglobin levels and prevent anemia.


 

1. Beetroot juice

Beetroot juice, which is rich in iron, can help increase hemoglobin levels and prevent anemia. Have a glass of this juice and see the change by yourself.


 

2. Spinach juice

Including iron-rich spinach juice in your diet can help prevent anemia. Make sure you perfectly grind this leafy juice into a pulp and drink it.

 

3. Pomegranate juice

Drinking pomegranate juice, which is rich in iron and vitamin C, can also help prevent anemia. Anemic people can definitely rely on this juice.

 

4. Tomato juice
