Rajeev Kanakala: Popular Telugu actor Rajeev Kanakala has landed in controversy after Rachakonda police issued him a notice in connection with a land dispute. According to reports, Kanakala had purchased a plot of land in Pasumamula, located in the Amberpet suburbs of Hyderabad, a few years ago. He later sold the property to a man named Vijay Chaudhary, who subsequently sold it to another buyer for ₹70 lakh.

However, the final buyer alleged that the plot did not exist and claimed he was duped. He filed a complaint with the Hayathnagar police, accusing the seller of cheating and misappropriating ₹70 lakh.

Acting on the complaint, the police registered a case against Vijay Chaudhary. During the investigation, they also served notices to Rajeev Kanakala to ascertain his role in the transaction. Police are probing whether Kanakala knowingly sold a non-existent plot. His response to the notice is now awaited, sparking speculation within film circles and the public.
