Industry sources say it has already secured the highest overseas distribution deal ever for a Tamil film. The movie may open in more than 100 countries. Alongside Rajinikanth, the cast features Aamir Khan, Nagarjuna, Sathyaraj, Shruti Haasan, Upendra, and Soubin Shahir. Music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Cinematography is by Girish Gangadharan and editing by Philomin Raj. The film’s global scale matches the excitement now surrounding Rajinikanth’s literary debut.
