OTT Release : Kareena Kapoor Khan The Buckingham Murders Ott debut announced. In a recent conversation with media , actress Kareena revealed that the crime thriller will be available for streaming on Netflix from this day.

The Buckingham Murders, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan was released on September 13, 2024 to mostly positive reviews. After it’s theatrical run , the thriller is now gearing up for its worldwide OTT release.

The Buckingham Murders is crime thriller film directed by Hansal Mehta and produced by Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor. The film follows Jasmeet “Jazz” Bhamra, Kapoor Khan as a grieving British-Indian detective who is assigned the case of a murdered child in Buckinghamshire. The film had its world premiere at the 67th BFI London Film Festival on 14 October 2023 and Indian premiere at 2023 MAMI Mumbai Film Festival.

The film marks actress first production venture and she produced it alongside Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. In a interview actress revealed that her role was inspired by Kate Winslet’s character in crime thriller mini series Mare of Easttown.

The crime thriller film’s incredible cast inlcudes Kareena Kapoor Khan as Jasmeet “Jazz” Bhamra, Keith Allen ,Ranveer Brar, Prabhleen Sandhu , Sarah-Jane Dias ,Sanjeev Mehra , Ash Tandon , Kapil Redekar ,Jonathan Nyati , Darren Kemp , Charles Craddock , Rukku Nahar , Haqi Ali , and Adwoa Akoto. It was made with an estimated budget of Rs ₹50 crore and earned ₹14.32 crore , failed to earn the break even mark.

The crime thriller is all set to entertain worldwide audience on Netflix on November 8, 2024 in multiple languages.

Meanwhile, Kareena kapoor will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham franchise film Singham Again starring alongside Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff and Tiger Shroff. The cop action film marks actress fifth film with director Rohit Shetty. The upcoming film Singham Again will hit theaters worldwide on the occasion of Diwali, on November 1, 2024 in multiple languages.
