Try These Oats Face Packs for Glowing Skin

Oats Face Packs: Oatmeal is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. Its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties help in skin care. Dark spots and dry skin on the face can now be easily removed with oats. You can try these oats face packs that can be made at home easily.


 

One


Make a pack by mixing 2 tablespoons of oatmeal powder, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of milk. Then apply this pack on your face and neck. This pack can be applied two or three times a week.

Two

Make a smooth paste by mixing 1 tablespoon of chickpea powder, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, and 1 tablespoon of honey with rose water. Apply this on your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then wash your face with water.

Three

Make a pack by mixing 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and 1.5 tablespoons of thick yogurt in a bowl. Then apply this pack on your face and neck.

Four

Add the juice of half a lemon to 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. Add enough olive oil and mix well. Then apply this pack on your face and neck. Wash it off after 20 minutes.
