Ingredients for making flaxseed gel

Flaxseed 4 tablespoons

Water 2 cups

Clear aloe vera gel 1 tablespoon

Vitamin E capsules 2 pieces

Almond oil 2 tablespoons

How to prepare

Bring two cups of water to a boil in a pan. Once the water boils, add the flaxseed. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then bring it to a boil and take it out. Then turn off the gas. Then strain the mixture using a sieve or cloth to separate the gel from the seeds and pour it into a bowl. After the gel cools, add aloe vera, vitamin E capsules, and almond oil to it and mix it well. Then apply this gel on your head and keep it on.
