HHVM Box Office Collection: The ambitious period action drama by Pawan Kalyan, Hari Hara Veera Mallu (HHVM), opened with high sky expectations. Touted as a scaled grand film with budget near ₹80 crores, the movie created pre-release buzz. After a week of release in theatres, the film is here now desperately trying to go through this dip in daily collection.
According to the early estimates, Hari Hara Veera Mallu managed to pull in only ₹1.75 crore on Tuesday, an all-time low in single-day collection. A steep slide compared to the opening day collection of ₹34.75 crore, which still remains the highest recorded for the film.
Weekend window, but HHMV again failed to take any momentum. Expected jumps in footfall did not happen on Saturday and Sunday. The film could collect only ₹10.6 crore on Sunday, which shows its audience reception as lukewarm despite the presence of stars, and massive hype.
As of Tuesday, Hari Hara Veera Mallu had set a count of total worldwide box office collection to ₹79.10 crores. Even if this figure brings very much close to the estimated cost of production which was ₹80 crore, the distribution cuts and marketing expenses are also put in to consider breakeven.

To be declared commercially successful, the gross revenue must be above ₹90–₹95 crore. Midweek numbers are going down with little growth over the weekend; thus, the only hope left for HHVM is that it can ride through on strong positive word of mouth and second weekend support.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu started with a bang but now is actually in a crucial stage. Pawan Kalyan’s fan base remains loyal, but there is a steep drop in the collection. Whether the film shall officially find a breakeven point in the coming days remains pretty uncertain.
