Saiyaara OTT Release: According to report, Mohit Suri’s directorial venture ‘Saiyaara’ will be streamed on Netflix. The special thing is that this will be the first movie of Yash Raj Films which will be shown on Netflix after its release in theatres. In fact, the Netflix logo is shown in the end credit song of the film. After this, it is believed that YRF has given the digital rights of this film to Netflix.

Where were YRF films streamed earlier?

‘Saiyaara’ going on Netflix is also special because till now all the theatrical releases of YRF were streaming on Amazon Prime Video. ‘Saiyaara’ will be seen as the beginning of a new chapter between Yash Raj Films and Netflix. It is possible that YRF will bring its films to this global platform in the future as well.

YRF may not have streamed its films directly on Netflix before. But it has created its own vertical called YRF Entertainment, which is known for web series and digital films. The first project of this vertical released on Netflix in February 2023 was ‘The Romantics’, through which 50 years of legacy of Yash Chopra and Yash Raj Films was honored. Later, the web series ‘The Railway Man’ of this vertical also came on Netflix. This series was based on the Bhopal gas tragedy and actors like R. Madhavan, Babil Khan, KK Menon and Divyendu were seen in important roles in it. Films like ‘Maharaj’, ‘Vijay 69’ and the recently released ‘Mandla Murders’ released on Netflix have come from Yash Raj Entertainment.

When will be the Saiyaara OTT Release?

Official information about when ‘Saiyaara’ will be released on OTT i.e. Netflix has not been revealed yet. But usually any film is taken digitally only after completing 8 weeks of running in the theater. However, in the case of ‘Saiyaara’, the audience may have to wait a little longer. Because this film is currently earning a lot at the box office.
