Beeturia
Beeturia happens when the urine or stool turns pink or red. This occurs due to the pigment betacyanin in beetroot. It is a common side effect of eating too much beetroot.

Kidney Stones
Beetroots contain oxalates, which can interfere with calcium absorption. If you eat too many beetroots, oxalates can build up in the body. This can lead to the formation of kidney stones.

Digestive Problems
Beetroot is high in fiber. Eating too much fiber can cause stomach issues like bloating, cramps, and diarrhea. It is better to consume beetroot in moderate amounts to avoid these problems.

Lower Blood Pressure
Beetroot contains nitrates that help improve blood flow. However, consuming too many beetroots can cause low blood pressure. This can result in dizziness, fainting, and falls.
