Balakrishna : The upcoming Sankranthi Sankranthi 2025 is getting bigger and six films are hitting the screens. Among them, five of them are straight Telugu films and one is a dubbed Tamil film with Daaku Maharaaj emerging as a highly anticipated major release.

Daaku Maharaaj featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead role and directed by Bobby Kolli is scheduled for it’s grand debut on January 12, 2025. According to reports film’s advance ticket sales have commenced in the United States, with the film slated to be shown in approximately 29 locations, totaling over 77 screenings. Additional venues and showtimes are expected to be announced shortly.

The film’s music is composed by S.Thaman , known for his high-energy tunes that have added to the anticipation surrounding the movie.

Daaku Maharaaj is funded by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi & Sai Soujanya under the banner Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas with an estimated budget of Rs 250 crore . The upcoming action flick is slated for a grand worldwide release on January 12, 2025 in multiple languages, Apart from the original Telugu language, it is set to release in the Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali and Malayalam languages. According to a source close to the producers revealed that makers are planning for grand promotions starting December 15, 2024, with an official announcement expected soon.
