After Dhurandhar, the actor-director duo is set to reunite for another adrenaline-pumping film. Ranveer Singh is reportedly teaming up once again with filmmaker Aditya Dhar for a high-octane action drama. According to sources, the project is currently in early development. While there’s no official announcement yet, insiders suggest the film will go on floors by the end of 2026. This marks their second collaboration after Dhurandhar, which is slated for release on December 5, 2025.
The first teaser for Dhurandhar has already generated buzz. Ranveer Singh appears in a fierce avatar, long hair, cigarette in mouth, and brutal action sequences set to a gritty, powerful soundtrack.
The teaser also introduces the film’s stellar ensemble cast: Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, and Tamil actor Sara Arjun. Arjun Rampal stands out with a rugged look featuring a golden tooth and metallic shades. The film promises raw, relentless action with a dark mystery at its core.
The track features vocals by Jasmine Sandlas and a special collaboration with Hanumankind, known for his edgy, genre-blending music.
According to the source, “While working on Dhurandhar, Ranveer and Aditya realized they share the same passion for large-scale action cinema. Their creative energies match, and they’re eager to collaborate again.” Dhar will start developing the next script in March 2026, while Ranveer will focus on Don 3.

Ranveer is also set to star in Don 3, directed by Farhan Akhtar. The actor takes over the iconic role from Shah Rukh Khan. An announcement video in 2023 stirred mixed reactions, but fans remain curious. Don 3 faced delays as Farhan prioritized another project, 120 Bahadur, but production is expected to resume soon.
