Kiara Advani, known for her impressive fitness, took her dedication to a whole new level for her role in War 2. The actress, who has always been in great shape, followed a strict diet and fitness regime to achieve her bikini-ready look, as revealed by her nutritionist, Nicole Linhares Kedia.


Kiara Advani 3 Month Fitness Plan:
Kiara’s journey began with a 3-month strict diet. Her mornings always started with protein pancakes made from oat flour, walnut flour, protein powder, and topped with fresh berries and homemade hazelnut butter. This was paired with a healthy amount of water, 3.5 liters to be precise. Clean eating was a key element of her diet. For lunch and dinner, she focused on protein-rich meals, including grilled chicken, chicken curries, asparagus, and avocado. Kiara also indulged in healthy snacks, like sattu chaas, a protein-packed Indian drink, perfect for post-workout recovery.

Despite sticking to a disciplined eating plan, Kiara allowed herself small, manageable treats. Occasionally, she enjoyed a touch of Parmesan on her zoodles (zucchini noodles) or a piece of dark chocolate. These treats kept her on track without feeling deprived, a strategy recommended by Nicole for a sustainable journey.

Sleep played a crucial role in Kiara’s transformation. Nicole emphasized the importance of an 8-hour sleep routine, which Kiara adhered to religiously. She avoided screen time after 9:30 PM and focused on reading or listening to podcasts before sleep.


Kiara’s workouts included isolation exercises, focusing more on her upper body, along with steady-state cardio sessions that lasted 45 minutes to an hour, aimed at burning fat. Despite long hours on set, Kiara remained committed to her fitness goals, showing consistency and determination every day.

Her hard work paid off, as she flaunted her stunning transformation in War 2, proving that dedication and discipline lead to remarkable results.
