Ameesha Says ‘NO’ To Gadar 3 After Anil Sharma’s Comments. In a recent interview, the director of the Gardar 2 movie made some surprising comments about the actress Ameesha Patel. The actress has now reacted to the director’s comments. She indirectly said ‘No’ to playing a part in the most anticipated threequel of Gadar. She specifically mentioned that she would not take the role even if she was getting paid 100 crores.
In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Gadar 2 director Anil Sharma, talked about his disagreements with Ameesha Patel. Stating that the actress refused to play a mother-in-law on film. He gave Nargis Dutt as an example, who was shown as a mother in Mother India at a young age. He further advised her to accept the character’s development.
Taking her x account she shared the article in which Anil Sharma said his opinions about the actress’s role. She wrote in her captions “Dear @Anilsharma_dir dear anilji. This is only a film and not a reality of some family, so on screen, I do have a say as to what I want to do and not do respect u loads, but I will never play a mother-in-law for Gadar or any film, even if paid 100 crores.”
In another tweet, she said, “Also @Anilsharma_dir fans don’t want to see Tara Sakina as father-in-law and mother in laws they love their Tara being a hero and a superhero only and so do I and wishing u the best for Vanvaas today. May u always shine it’s an important day for u and I pray the best for u”
Despite her disagreement with the filmmaker’s opinions, she showed her appreciation for him and wished him well with his just-released movie Vanvaas, which features important roles from Nana Patekar, Simrat Kaur, and Utkarsh Sharma.
