Nana Patekar recently answered questions about the rumors surrounding Gadar 3 in an interview with The Lallantop. The inquiry alluded to rumors that he would be chosen to play the antagonist against Sunny Deol, with conversations between the two allegedly occurring.

With a lighthearted twist, Nana Patekar retorted that it wouldn’t make sense for Sunny Deol to beat him up in a fight. If he were to play the antagonist opposite him because the script would have to establish that they were from different planets. He mentioned that he had spoken with Anil Sharma, but that nothing had been confirmed yet, implying that they could resolve the matter later.

When asked about portraying the antagonist opposite Sunny Deol in Gadar 3, Nana Patekar responded cleverly. He asked in jest how viewers would respond if he were to be beaten by Sunny in a brawl. The actor proposed that the story would have to prove that they are from whole different universes. He said, “Kahaani kuch uss tarah ki honi chahiye ki mein waha ka hu, wo yaha ka hai.” (The story should be something like, I am from there, he is from here.)

He further added that they would figure it out later. Saying that they could discuss it with each other when the time comes. Additionally, he stated that although he had discussed it with Anil Sharma, nothing had been decided as of yet.
