Pawan Kalyan’s long-awaited period action film Hari Hara Veera Mallu is all set to make its OTT debut. After hitting the big screens on July 24, 2025, the film is now expected to stream on Amazon Prime Video from August 22, 2025. While the platform has yet to officially confirmed the date, industry sources suggest that the announcement is just around the corner.
The film tells the story of Veera Mallu, a 17th-century rebel who sets out to steal the legendary Koh-i-Noor diamond from the Mughal Empire. Despite mixed reviews, the film impressed audiences with its lavish visuals, intense performances, and powerful score.
Though Hari Hara Veera Mallu crossed the ₹100 crore mark in overall collections with an earnings Rs 88.32 crore from Andhra and Telangana. And smaller numbers from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and the rest of India. The movie didn’t quite set the box office on fire. Originally planned for an August 15 OTT release, the makers reportedly preponed it to avoid clashing with Rajinikanth’s Coolie. With no major theatrical competition this week, the new date August 22 seems final.
