1. Meditation for mental calmness and clarity

Meditation calms the mind. Reduces stress. Increases concentration. Meditation is good for health. It keeps the mind away from distractions. Pranayama.. They stimulate the body and brain. This will keep you energetic throughout the day and increase your decision-making ability.
