“If West Doesn’t Like Ramayana, Then it is Failure”: Producer Namit

Ranbir Kapoor Ramayana: Ramayana, which stars Ranbir Kapoor and Yash and was directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is expected to become the most costly Indian movie ever produced. With an astounding aggregate budget of ₹4,000 crore, the two-part epic is supported by Prime Focus Studios’ Namit Malhotra. With the help of a stellar cast, worldwide partners, and state-of-the-art technology, Namit hopes to establish Indian mythology as a major player in the world of film.

Producer Namit Response:

During his latest interview, producer Namit said that his complete focus is to make this film a global mark. In his statement, he said, “It’s a global film from the day we start. I’m not trying to make it to appease Indian people in India… If you go and watch Ramayana and your family watches it, and people in India watch it, what’s the difference? It should speak to you like any other film.”
