Telangana Weather Today: The Meteorological Department has once again issued a rain alert for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Meteorological Department officials have revealed that the state will receive rains for another two days due to the influence of a trough.
The rains continue in the Telugu states. Several districts in Telangana have been affected by the rains that have already fallen. Especially in the Adilabad, Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Asifabad and Mancherial districts of northern Telangana, the floods have created havoc. Meanwhile, the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh have been soaked and muddy. Low-lying areas have been submerged and life has come to a standstill. Traffic on the roads has come to a standstill as rivers, streams and canals have overflowed. At this juncture, the Meteorological Department has once again issued a rain alert.

Due to heavy rains, many areas in the state have been waterlogged. In this context, the Meteorological Department has issued another warning. The Meteorological Department has warned that there is a possibility of thunderstorms and gusty winds (30–40 km/h) today.
The Meteorological Center said that there is a possibility of heavy rains at places in Mulugu, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Adilabad and Karimnagar districts, while there is a possibility of light to moderate rains at places in Bhupalpally, Asifabad and Mancherial districts.
Hyderabad will witness cloudy weather throughout the day on Saturday. It will be partly sunny from morning to afternoon, but there is a possibility of light rain after noon, the Meteorological Department said. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 33 degrees Celsius, and the temperatures are likely to drop further at night.
The city has been experiencing incessant rains for the past few days, leading to waterlogging in many areas. Hyderabad and Telangana are likely to receive light to moderate rains over the next week. The IMD has announced that there is a possibility of thundershowers in some areas.
On the other hand, it warned that there is a possibility of rain in coastal areas and Rayalaseema due to the influence of a low pressure in Andhra Pradesh. It said that a red alert has already been issued for several districts. It has issued warnings to coastal fishermen not to go into the sea. Officials have advised people to be vigilant as the rains are likely to intensify in the coming days.
