Karthik Aryan reportedly set to star in Nani’s blockbuster hit action thriller Saripodhaa Sanivaaram Hindi remake. Read on for more exciting update about actor’s upcoming films.

According to recent rumors Kartik Aaryan, who is currently the basking of the blockbuster success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is in talks to star in a Hindi remake of Nani’s 2024 action thriller Saripodhaa Sanivaaram directed by Vivek Athreya.

Karthik Aryan likely to star in the Hindi version of Saripodhaa Sanivaaram tentatively titled as Saturday Star, it is sais that discussions are still ongoing for rights with DVV Entertainment. But the Hindi dubbed version of Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is already streaming on Netflix in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada,  Hindi  and also has English subtitles. The film has millions of viewer on Netflix and film critics wonder , what the point of retelling the same story.

Previously, Karthik Aryan starred in the remake of Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde’s Telugu sensation hit film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Shehzada , which was a critical and commercial failure as did Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey and Rajkummar Rao’s HIT: The First Case. The remake movies failed to connect with Hindi audiences.

Aaryan reprised his role as Rooh Baba in the spiritual sequel Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and received praise for his performance. It grossed Rs 4.17 billion (US$50 million) worldwide to rank as the second highest-grossing Hindi film of 2024 and Aaryan’s highest-grossing release.

Kartik Aaryan is reportedly one of the highest-paid actors in Bollywood, reportedly earning Rs 45–50 crore per movie and is currently busy filming much awaited action sequel Pati Patni Aur Woh 2, Tu Aashiqui Hai, and yet to titled film with Sandeep Modi.

It is said that the shooting of the film Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 will start from December 2024starring Kartik Aryan, Sreleela, and Bhumi Pednekar  and is expected to hit theaters in 2025.
