Oh Baby Duo Is Back With a Bang

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is officially reuniting with director Nandini Reddy for her upcoming Telugu film ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’. The two previously delivered the hit Oh Baby, and this fresh collaboration is already creating major buzz. A source close to the project confirmed that Nandini Reddy is now leading the film, and that pre-production work is moving quickly. The actress had previously announced the film, but kept the director’s name under wraps until now.


A Crime Thriller With a Retro Twist

Set in the 1980s, ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ is being developed as a crime thriller with strong emotional layers. Nandini Reddy and her writing team are currently shaping the script, aiming to launch the film before the end of this year.  The film is expected to showcase Samantha in a powerful, performance-heavy role. According to insiders, Nandini understands Samantha’s strengths as an actor and is writing a character that fans will love.

Samantha ‘s Dual Role as Actress and Producer

In addition to her acting role, Samantha will produce Maa Inti Bangaram under her banner, Tralala Moving Pictures. This move marks her continued expansion into film production, following her debut with the 2025 Telugu horror-comedy Subham. Directed by Praveen Kandregula, ‘Subham’ was released on May 9, 2025, and received positive early reviews from audiences. The film’s unique blend of humor and horror showcases Samantha’s commitment to diverse storytelling.
