Actor Thalapathy Vijay Booked in Manhandling Case

Actor Thalapathy Vijay: Following a complaint regarding manhandling and assault made by a person named Sharath Kumar, Thalapathy Vijay, the Tamil superstar and president of the TVK party, and his bouncers became the subject of a police case at the Kunnam station. According to reports, the incident took place during Vijay’s latest political rally in Madurai, where thousands of followers gathered to hear his ideas for Tamil Nadu ahead of the 2026 elections.


When the complainant attempted to climb the ramp where Vijay was strolling, he claimed that Vijay’s bodyguards and bouncers aggressively shoved him down, seriously injuring him. He claimed to have sustained injuries to his chest as a result of the incident. He filed a complaint to hold those accountable for his injuries. The police have promptly filed a complaint against Vijay and his security personnel under the applicable BNSS sections.

Fans of Vijay, on the other hand, claim that the allegation is the product of a political scheme because Vijay specifically targeted Tamil Nadu’s ruling administration. They assert that many in positions of authority are unable to comprehend the enthusiastic response to Vijay’s gathering in Madurai and have begun to cause his party problems in one way or another.
