Dulquer Salmaan, the producer of the film, expressed his gratitude for the success of Loka Chapter 1: Chandra. I did not think that you all would like the film so much. It started with a small dream, but the entire credit goes to this team. I am just a lucky producer.” Dulquer said.
‘Chandra’ is the first film in a superhero cinematic universe named ‘Loka’. The film is directed by Dominic Arun. Kalyani Priyadarshan plays the role of a superhero named ‘Chandra’ in the film, and the name of the character played by Nazlan is ‘Sunny’. The film, which was released in the fantasy genre, has been receiving a good response from all quarters since its first day.
Lokah is the first lady superhero film in Malayalam. Audience who have seen the film unanimously say that it is the marvel of Malayalam. The attraction of the world is the excellent performance of Kalyani Priyadarshan. There are comments that it is a film that Malayalam has not seen till date and that it has a great interval block.
Tamil star Sandy plays the character of Inspector Nachiyappa Gowda, Chandu plays ‘Venu’, and Arun Kurian plays ‘Naijil’ in the film. Shanthi Balachandran and Sarath Sabha are also in the star cast of the film. ‘Lokah- Chapter One: Chandra’ is the first part of a cinematic universe that is being prepared in multiple parts.

Film is being released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages.
