Baahubali: The Beginning: In 2015, the whole of India witnessed Baahubali, the magnum opus on the big screen. It became the film no one ever saw coming. When everyone saw it, they knew they were witnessing something new and original. The film became the biggest blockbuster across the country. Baahubali is a film that was made over the span of 3 years, 2 years went into shooting the film, and a year went into post-production work.

Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Ramya Krishna, Satyaraj, and Tamanna Bhatia played the lead roles in the film. Maverick director S.S. Rajamouli directed the film, with the story written by his father V. Vijayendra Prasad. Now, according to the latest news, a documentary film is being made on the making of the film. This news delighted the fans across the world because Baahubali is a period action drama, and a lot of work went into making the film, so audiences always wondered how they made the film. Baahubali: The Epic

Baahubali was initially released in 2 parts, the first part released in 2015 and the second part released in 2017. Now, makers recently announced that the film will be hitting the theatres once again, but this time it will be screening as one part called Baahubali: The Epic, and it will be releasing on October 31st. The makers have already released a teaser and are planning to release the trailer in the coming days. Rajamouli has already started editing the film, and he recently said, “letting go of a few scenes and a love song from the film is the toughest decision his team has ever taken”.

Anushka, the lead actor in Baahubali and the soon-to-be-released film Ghaati, said during a promotional event that she already shot her portions for the documentary. This news delighted the fans and industry insiders. Baahubali is a film that started the whole new wave of Pan-India films, but due to the unwanted extension of plots and unnecessary character scenes, the films has been bombing badly at the box office. With this documentary, filmmakers across the country can actually see and learn why it has been made into two parts instead of one. And, why it became a blockbuster across the country.
