SSMB 29 Budget: The forthcoming, as-yet-untitled SSMB 29, which is helmed by SS Rajamouli and features Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra, and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the key roles, is one of the most eagerly awaited movies. The media and Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, discussed their stay in Kenya during a recent filming schedule.

SSMB 29 Budget Details:
After finalizing a timetable for SSMB 29, Rajamouli met Musalia in Kenya on Tuesday, according to a Kenyan portal called The Star. According to the source, the movie had a $135 million (₹1188 crore) budget and was dubbed “one of the largest film productions in Asian cinema history.” The Citizen, a Kenyan portal, stated in July that the movie had a $116 million (₹1022 crore) budget.

Fans felt confused about whether SSMB 29 would release as a stand-alone movie or a two-parter. The Star confirmed that the project will be a two-part television series. The crew filmed the main African sequences in Kenya, notably at the Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Samburu, Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli, and other locations. They also announced that the movie will release in 120 countries, a fact Musalia highlighted earlier in his X (formerly Twitter) post.

About Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli Film:
The crew held the muhurat puja for SSMB 29 in January this year but kept it secret. They began production in April and shot in Hyderabad and Odisha. Despite their efforts, videos and images from the session leaked online. On August 9th, Mahesh’s birthday, Rajamouli unveiled a poster and referred to the movie as a ‘globetrotter,’ which made fans question whether it was the title. He also announced that he would reveal more details about the movie in November.
