This is understood by Allu Arjun, who is said to be readying for a quick project in Telugu mass entertainment beside all those big national projects. Sarrainodu 2 Update
In fact, reports suggest that the actor is possibly going ahead with the sequel to his mightily clicked movie Sarrainodu. Released in 2016 and directed by Boyapati Srinu. The film had been a megahit, and very well sizzled for Allu Arjun’s unbeatable performance in winning hearts of fans thus had led to the continuous demand for a sequel.
Industry talk is that producer Allu Aravind is also very keen about the Bunny-Boyapati combo of which the fans have been tantalizingly waiting. Apparently, the preliminary discussions regarding Sarrainodu 2 have already taken place and both Arjun and Aravind responded positively.
Allu Arjun is currently spending his time completing work on Pushpa 2. Before moving on to a mega-budget sci-fi film directed by Atlee with its projected year of release in 2027. Among all these, he seems quite interested in going ahead with Sarrainodu 2 under the supervision of Allu Aravind.

Boyapati’s Timeline
Director Boyapati Srinu, however, is busy beavering away at Akhanda 2, which releases sometime in late 2025 or early 2026. If everything happens according to plan, then Sarrainodu 2 could make an official announcement in early 2026.
A Mass Treat for Telugu Audiences
With his current series of pan-India offerings, Allu Arjun is said to be earmarking that one completely commercial film for all his core Telugu audiences. And if that works out, Sarrainodu 2, for sure, could be among the much-anticipated sequels in Tollywood.
