Balakrishna is Teaming Up with THIS Director Again?

Balakrishna – Krish: Nandamuri Balakrishna is gearing up for his upcoming release, Akhanda 2. The film was supposed to hit the silver screens on September 25th. But now it is unlikely that it will happen, and the same is confirmed by the makers of the film. The film is scheduled to release in the first week of December.

Balakrishna is a kind of actor who does not take long breaks between films; he immediately announced a film with Gopichand Malineni, and they both previously delivered a blockbuster film, “Veerasimha Reddy”. Now, according to the latest buzz, he is said to have been given his nod to another film with his Gauthamiputra Satakarni director Krish. Both these films will be launched on the occasion of Vijayadashami on 2nd October.

Krish’s flop streak

Director Krish is going through a rough phase in his career; his previous film Ghaati tanked at the box office. Starring Anushka Shetty in the lead role, the film generated a good buzz before the release, but the content of the film did not click with the viewers. Before Ghaati Krish was supposed to have another film with Pawan Kalyan, it came out as “HARI HARA VEERAMALLU”. Due to some personal reasons and the production delays, he respectfully moved out of that film, although he received partial credit; this film also became a big disaster in Pawan’s career.

Now, with this Balayya’s film in hand, we have to wait and see if he can make a solid comeback or not. They both previously worked together on multiple projects. Gauthamiputra Shatakarni is a historic action film. It became successful at the box office, then again they both collaborated for Balayya’s father biopic NTR This film came out in two parts, but did not sit well with the viewers, but Krish says these two films are the best films he has done in his career. So, now with this flop baggage, he once again landed in front of Balayya for his rescue. Time will tell if this rescue mission will become successful or not.
