With enormous box office receipts, the movie proved to be an enormous success. In an Instagram story posted on December 31, Aamir Khan Productions congratulated the Pushpa 2 crew on their incredible achievement. The note’s message said, “Huge congratulations from AKP to the entire team of PUSHPA 2: THE RULE” for the blockbuster success of the film! Wishing you continued success onwards and upwards. Love, Team AKP,” and tagged the entire team alongside. It featured Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, director Sukumar Bandreddi, Allu Arjun, and the production company Mythri Movie Makers. Sukumar responded to the well-wishes by thanking Khan’s production company for the kind gesture.

Following Pushpa 2’s success, it revealed that Allu Arjun had cut his long beard and hair after five years of playing the part. “AA will be seen in new look soon and is ready to upload photos on social media,” said a source.

Fascinatingly, Allu Arjun disclosed that his daughter Arha keeps a safe distance from him due to his beard during a Pushpa 2 promotional event in Mumbai. He revealed that he spent nearly five years filming both sections for the movie. The PAN India actor acknowledged that he was eager for the movie to end so he could shave.

Professionally, Aamir Khan will make a comeback with his much-anticipated Sitaare Zameen Par. At the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah earlier this month, Aamir told Deadline Hollywood that the movie is currently in post-production and would be ready for distribution in mid-2025.
