Avika Gor, best known for her role as Anandi in Balika Vadhu, is all set to marry her fiancé, Milind Chandwani, on September 30, 2025. The wedding will be a grand event, but there is a twist this star-studded celebration will air on national television!
Avika and Milind will exchange vows on the sets of Pati, Patni Aur Panga, where they currently appear together. Avika shared her excitement about her wedding plans in a recent interview, revealing how the couple’s families are eagerly looking forward to the special day. “There are days when I wake up and remind myself that it’s real. I feel very lucky to have found a partner who supports and pushes me to grow,” she said.
Avika revealed that her choice to marry on national television was not just for the spectacle but to include her fans in her special moment. “I’ve been in the public eye since 2008, and the love I’ve received has been overwhelming. I wanted my audience to be part of this moment,” she shared. She also recalled her childhood dream of either having a simple court marriage or a grand wedding that the world would witness. This grand ceremony, she said, feels like that dream coming true.
The wedding festivities kick off on September 22, with a visit to Siddhivinayak Mandir. Avika has chosen a traditional red bridal ensemble for the ceremony, while guests will wear pastel-colored attire. Star-studded attendees, including Radhe Maa, Neha Kakkar, and Sonali Bendre, are expected, though some of Avika’s industry friends may miss the celebration.
Avika and Milind’s journey began in 2020 when they met through mutual friends in Hyderabad. While Avika felt an immediate connection, Milind kept their relationship strictly platonic for six months. Their love story became official in June 2025 when they got engaged, with Avika posting pictures from the joyous occasion on Instagram.
