The movie, directed by Farhan Akhtar and produced by Excel Entertainment, has been in the news ever since Ranveer Singh was confirmed as the new face of Don. Now, the casting of the film has taken another turn, creating fresh buzz among fans.

Earlier, actor Vikrant Massey was finalized to play the main antagonist opposite Ranveer Singh. His role was expected to be that of a clever and stylish con artist who could stand strong against Don. However, reports now confirm that Massey has walked out of the project for undisclosed reasons. With this exit, the filmmakers are on the lookout for a strong replacement.

According to latest updates, Tamil actor Arjun Das, known for his impactful roles in Kaithi, Master, and Good, Bad, Ugly, is in advanced discussions to take on the villain’s part. His intense screen presence and powerful voice make him a promising choice for the franchise. If finalized, this will mark a major Bollywood entry for Arjun Das, and fans are already excited to see his chemistry with Ranveer Singh on screen.

That’s not the only change. The female lead has also been replaced. Actress Kriti Sanon will now play the heroine, stepping in after Kiara Advani’s exit from the project. With this, the makers are ensuring that the film brings in a fresh pairing and high-energy performances.
