Minus Points in OG: According to audience response, the film did not satisfy expectations. People were hoping for strong twists and more effort from Sujeeth, as his earlier films created a completely different universe. But in this film, many feel that Sujeeth gave more importance to Emraan Hashmi than to Pawan Kalyan. Some even pointed out that Pawan Kalyan’s entry in the first half was delayed, and his role lasts for only about an hour in the entire film. Even though the story revolves around Ojas Gambheera, fans feel disappointed that the lead hero was not given enough screen presence.

Moreover, film experts say the movie is surviving mainly because of Thaman’s music. Many scenes did not satisfy the fans. Some appreciated the Japanese-style execution, noting that Japanese films often give a realistic portrayal of larger-than-life heroes. However, when Pawan Kalyan played the OG character, many felt something was incomplete.

Fans were happy to see Pawan Kalyan in a different role, but the mix of Japanese and Indian culture in the film seemed unfinished. Some also said that Sujeeth could have used Pawan Kalyan better, and that the effort he put into Saaho was missing in OG. There are talks of a prequel, but doubts remain about whether it will fix the incompleteness fans felt in this film. Those speaking of incompleteness mean that the film did not meet the expectations they had.

Now, all eyes are on whether director Sujeeth will meet the mark if the rumored prequel is made. However, the prequel has not yet been confirmed by the makers.
