Anaganaga Oka Raju: Star entertainer Naveen Polishetty is coming out with a film this Sankranthi festival with another comedy entertainer titled “Anaganaga Oka Raju”. Naga Vamsi is producing this film under Sithara Entertainment’s banner along with Fortune Four movies. Meenakshi Chaudhary is playing the female lead in the film. Makers dropped a release promo from the film, in the end they revealed that the film will be hitting the screens on January 14th, 2026.

What to expect

In the released promo, makers creatively injected a promotional bit with the lead pair, they both try to deliver the film’s release date but are confused by jewelry ad film vibe. This funny bit sets the tone the film is going to carry and the fun ride it offers.

After that we enter the film’s world, Naveen is clothed in a mass stylish village youth look, the visuals are montaged along with a thumping beat score from Mickey J.Mayor. Looking at this promo we can say that audiences are in for a fun ride.

A packed Sankranthi 

This coming Sankarnthi is going to be a packed one. Prabhas ‘Raja Saab’, Chiranjeevi’s ‘Mana Shanakar Vara Prasad’, Tamil star Vijay’s ‘Jana Nayagan’ and now Naveen Polishetty’s ‘Anaganaga Oka Raju’. 

All these films are confirmed for the release. These films releasing back to back can be a good thing for the audiences because they provide multiple options. But, from the perspective of Trade, it will be a hard battle for the producers to find enough theatres for their films. 

We have to wait and see if any of these scheduled releases will back down from the race.    

Anganaga Oka Raju coming for this Sankranthi will be a big plus for the film as it is being promoted as a family entertainer. The film stars Rao Ramesh, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and other prominent cast members. Yuvraj is handling the camerawork, Maari is debuting as a director.
