Alice in Borderland Season 4: Nothing has been confirmed for Alice in Borderland’s Season 4. The confusion arose because Netflix Geeked made references to Season 3 as the “final season.” However, since Season 3 had only come out on September 25, 2025. There are still hopes from the fans that in the next few months, an official announcement will be made about the renewal.
Though the future is uncertain, enthusiasm from the creative group is evident. According to Director Shinsuke Sato, he would return if a further season was greenlit by Netflix. Kento Yamazaki, the lead actor playing Arisu, hinted that he would also be willing to continue the journey. Because of their interest, other episodes would be more likely should the streaming giant determine there is potential.
The Season 3 ending gave some major hints that the story could expand beyond Japan. The Los Angeles sequence in the finale suggests that Borderland challenges may well go beyond global, raising the stakes with new international players. If Season 4 were to happen, it is anticipated the fans would see bigger games, newer challenges, and deeper exploration of the mysterious world.
An equally interesting proposition is to have an English remake. Netflix has put more efforts toward cultural cross adaptation. And Alice in Borderland has a strong following anyway throughout the globe. They could have some recognizable Japanese faces such as Kento Yamazaki work alongside internationally famous stars like Ken Watanabe to connect audiences worldwide. This move would build on what were international themes hinted at in Season 3.
