 Balakrishna starrer follows the story of a king who fought without a kingdom and a man who was reverred as the emperor who sent shivers down death itself.  Daku Maharaj features Animal actor Bobby Deol as the main antagonist. While a glimpse of the actor is visible in the first-look video, a full-fledged look is yet to be revealed by the makers. The other stars who have been cast in Daaku Maharaj include Urvashi Rautela, Chandini Chowdhary, Pragya Jaiswal and Shraddha Srinath, among others. The film’s music is composed by S Thaman, while it is written and directed by Bobby Kolli.
