Param Sundari OTT: The undoubtedly most interesting romantic comedy scattered with the right amount of drama and light-hearted moments. Param Sundari has pulled in one great cast with audience interest across India. The movie got released in the theatres on August 29. The romantic comedy is helmed by Tushar Jalota and produced by Dinesh Vijan at Maddock Films. Blending comedy, romance, and color, this has been a feather-light cinematic experience. Reports suggests that the movie will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video from October 24.
Most of Param Sundari was filmed in Kerala and took around 45 days. The story travels across cultures, with Siddharth Malhotra portraying a chap from Delhi. The heroine Janhvi Kapoor, as a Kerala artist. The contrarian interplay between two regions, therefore, lends the film its unique cultural flavor. Cinematography by Santan Krishnan Ravichandran and music by Sachin-Jigar both add considerable visual and aural appeal to the film.
Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead Thekkapetta Sundari Damodaram Pillai, alongside Siddharth Malhotra’s character. Other cast members include Sanjay Kapoor, Ranjie Panicker, Siddharth Shankar, Manoj Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, Tanvi Ram, Gopika Manjush, and Anand Manmathan.
Param Sundari has done decent business. For the opening day, the film collected ₹7.25 crore in India and NETT so far collected ₹51.23 crore. The GROSS collection in India is ₹61.29 crore, with ₹23 crore from the overseas market adding a total of ₹84.29 crore worldwide.
With good performances, the film has been able to create a niche in the 2024 lineup with scenic backdrops of Kerala with a concoction of comedy and romance. It is expected to gain more opulence with the streaming release, allowing the fans from across the world to witness the scintillating chemistry that Siddharth and Janhvi share on the screen.
