Mirai Hindi Final Box Office Collection:
Teja Sajja’s Mirai (Hindi) has finished its box office run after three weeks, collecting around ₹14 crore nett. While the numbers aren’t massive, the performance is considered decent because the movie didn’t have a big star cast or aggressive marketing. Despite modest expectations, the film held its ground among a packed slate of theatrical releases.
The movie’s performance comes after the huge success of Teja Sajja’s earlier film Hanu-Man, which had a strong run at the Hindi box office with over ₹50 crore nett. Many expected Mirai to follow a similar path, but it couldn’t match that momentum. The earlier film’s success was partly due to its devotional theme, which strongly connected with Hindi-speaking audiences.
Mirai still managed to create some buzz among fans of action fantasy dramas. The film’s collections improved during the first weekend, but dropped sharply in the following weeks. The arrival of big releases like Jolly LLB 3 further limited its screen count. The Hindi version collected ₹2.4 crore in its second week, marking a steep 78% drop compared to its first week.
Week 1: ₹11 crore
Week 2: ₹2.4 crore
Week 3: ₹0.6 crore
Total: ₹14 crore
The Telugu original, however, performed much better globally, crossing ₹100 crore worldwide. Directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni, Mirai was appreciated for its visuals and ambitious storytelling even if it didn’t translate into high box office numbers.
The film is now gearing up for its digital release. Mirai will premiere on JioHotstar from October 10, 2025, while its Hindi dubbed version is expected to release online in November 2025.
