Puri – Vijay Sethupathi Film: Vijay Sethupathi teams up with Puri Jagannadh for a pan-India film titled ‘Puri Sethupathi’ (working title). The film stars Tabu, Vijay Kumar, and Brahmaji in key roles and features joint heroines. Puri Jagannadh, Charmi Kaur, and JB Narayana Rao Kondrolla produce the movie under the banners Puri Connects and JB Motion Pictures. The team continues to shoot the film at a brisk pace. The makers confirmed that National Award-winning composer Harshavardhan Rameshwar, known for Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh, and Animal, will compose the music for Puri Sethupathi.

Puri Jagannadh and Charmi Kaur announced the news by sharing a photo with Harshavardhan. They said, “Puri Jagannadh and versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi are joining hands for the first time in the pan-India movie Puri Sethupathi. Get ready to experience a new generation of music packed with action, emotion, and elevation.” The team will start the next schedule with the lead actors next week. The film’s unit confirmed that the movie will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Vishnu Reddy heads the project as the CEO.

Rummored Title for Puri – Sethupathi Film:
The title “Slumdog” has been circulated. The appreciating ceremony is set for 28th Sept, 2025, at 1 o’clock midnight, at Hotel Green Park, Chennai; till then time fans are trying to ponder if the title does justice to the scale and image of the film. Interestingly, the teaser is also intended to be launched with the title announcement. With Vijay Sethupathi on the project, expectations are high for something powerful and out of the ordinary.
