Singers

The song is sung by Udit Narayanan and Swetha Mohan. Udit’s voice is as sharp and strong as when he sang for Chiranjeevi for “Rama Chilakamma” in ‘Choodalani undi’ movie. His voice is the main attraction in the song.

Swetha Mohan complimented him very well, this combination really worked with the emotion the song is trying to portray. 

Lyrics

The song is about a separated couple trying to make amends, and the lyrics are written around this central emotion. They were written by Bhaskara Batla. The situation is age old, petty ego issues between man and his wife. But still the lyricist brought in some fresh perspective and words were taken from the daily spoken terminology.  

Anil Ravipudi’s formula

From his previous Industry Hit ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunnam’, we can take the example of Anil hyping the film by nostalgic songs first. In Venkatesh’s film he did that with the “Godari Gattu” song, he brought in forgotten Ramana Gokula to sing again. Now, he brought in Udit Narayanan who has been away from Telugu cinema. 

This song too is filled with nostalgia and the picturisation looks stylish and modern but the voice behind the song is retroish in nature. 

Chiranjeevi’s comic sense

Anil is a master in creating the age old stories in new wine bottles. He creates unique characters for everyone in the cast. His side characters often evoke more laughter than the main leads. But, Chiranjeevi’s comedy timing is too good to be ignored. In films like “Shankar Dada Mbbs” and “Andarivaadu” it is visible. 

Now with him joining the hands with Anil is a combination worth watching on screen.
