Prabhas reportedly signed a new film, set to make an official announcement soon

Prabhas is currently busy filming different genre films like The Raja Saab and has Fauji and reportedly signed a new film, set to make an official announcement soon. Check out for the new poster and film’s much anticipated release date here .

Apart from these, he has the sequels for Kalki 2898 AD and Salaar and the action thriller Spirit with Sandeep Reddy Vanga and recently announced three films with Kannada’s most happening production house, Hombale Films, and a standalone actioner with Lokesh Kanagaraj. Now reports suggest he is set to make another announcement on the occasion of the Sankranthi festival.

According to recent reports Darling is readying for another sensation during Sankranti and will announce his new project on Sankranti. Fans speculate that Prabhas would be starring under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj.

The project has been confirmed and will be officially unveiled on Sankranti, delighting all of his followers. The production will be funded under the Hombale Films label. Hombale Films has already confirmed three projects featuring Prabhas. Lokesh Kanagaraj is now working on Rajinikanth’s film Coolie. The film stars Nagarjuna and Aamir Khan in key roles.

Prabhas will next star in the upcoming romantic comedy horror film[ written and directed by Maruthi, and produced by People Media Factory. The film stars Prabhas in the title role alongside Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan , Riddhi Kumar, Sanjay Dutt in the elad roles and , Murali Sharma, Anupam Kher, Zarina Wahab, Vennela Kishore, Brahmanandam, Yogi Babu, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Jisshu Sengupta in the supporting roles.

The film was officially announced in January 2024, prior to which the principal photography commenced in October 2022 with filming occurring sporadically in various legs. The film has music composed by Thaman S, cinematography handled by Karthik Palani and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao.

The upcoming horror comedy film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release date in 16 May 2025 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
