1. Exercise Regularly

A mix of strength training and cardio exercises helps maintain muscle mass, improve bone strength, and boost metabolism. Activities like walking, swimming, or cycling strengthen the heart and lungs while improving blood circulation. Exercising for at least 30 to 45 minutes daily can lower the chances of heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.

2. Eat a Heart-Healthy Diet

5. Try Heat Therapy or Sauna

Regular sauna or heat therapy sessions improve blood circulation, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart-related problems. Studies show it can even lower the chances of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
