BB 7 Winner Anumol PR Spending Revealed: 

The seventh season of Bigg Boss Malayalam recently concluded successfully. Actress Anumol emerged as the winner, taking home ₹42.5 lakh in cash and an SUV. Commoner Aneesh became the runner-up; reports claimed he spent ₹16 lakh on PR.

During the season, contestant Binny Sebastian alleged that Anumol too had spent ₹16 lakh on PR. This led to criticism that she won because of PR influence. Anumol has now responded to those claims.

“People are saying I spent ₹16 lakh on PR, that’s not true. I don’t even have that kind of money,” she said. “I was told every contestant hires a PR team, so I met one person who asked for ₹15 lakh. I said I couldn’t afford that and agreed to pay only ₹1 lakh. I paid ₹50,000 in advance and promised to pay the rest after the show. I don’t know where the ₹16 lakh story came from. If I had that much money, I wouldn’t have joined the show.”
