7 Day Diet Plan:
Many people try to lose extra weight before the New Year to feel healthier and more confident. A balanced diet and regular exercise are the most important steps to achieve this goal. To help people start their weight loss journey, a fitness coach has shared a simple 7-day meal plan designed to support healthy and gradual fat loss.
This plan focuses on clean eating, proper hydration, and light meals that keep the body active while reducing extra calories. Each morning begins with a detox drink made of warm water, apple cider vinegar, aloe vera juice, lemon, and a pinch of turmeric. This helps boost digestion and prepares the body for the day.
For breakfast, the menu includes healthy options such as paneer-stuffed cheela, toast with paneer, tofu with vegetables, moong dal pancakes, Greek yogurt with fruits, and broccoli-paneer tikki. These protein-rich meals keep you full for longer and reduce unnecessary snacking.
Mid-morning snacks are simple and refreshing. They include fresh fruits along with sattu drink or buttermilk, both of which help maintain hydration and support digestion.
Lunch meals are light yet satisfying. Options include paneer rolls, missi roti with chole, quinoa khichdi, rice with kadhi, and tofu-based dishes. These meals provide steady energy without making you feel heavy.
Evening snacks focus on healthy, low-calorie items like coconut water, vegetable juice, roasted channa, or makhana. These choices help control hunger and prevent overeating later in the day.
Dinner is kept simple and low in calories. Meals include dosa with paneer filling, millet soup, sautéed vegetables, tofu burrito bowls, quinoa cheela, and hummus with pita. After dinner, a cup of chamomile tea is recommended to relax the body and improve sleep quality.
One day of the week is reserved as a detox day, where meals are extra light to give the body time to cleanse and reset. This supports better digestion and improves metabolism.
Along with following the meal plan, staying active and drinking plenty of water are essential. Avoiding processed foods, sugary snacks, and fried items will help ensure better results.
This 7-day plan offers a structured and simple approach to weight loss. However, it is always best to consult a health expert before starting any strict diet, especially for those with medical conditions.
