Skip Breakfast: Breakfast is considered the most crucial meal of the day for understandable reasons; however, it has been a habit for many not to have it, thinking it would be beneficial for weight management or saving on time. Some how breakfast can create a lot of health issues that affect the body immediately and in the long run.


 

Causes Binge Eating and Obesity

Another effect of having breakfast is over-eating throughout the day. Deprived of regular early morning nourishment, people feel hungrier at noon or evening hours and end eating larger amounts of food categorized as high-density calories. The metabolic rhythm of the body disorients as it endures this condition, which adds significant weight and fat to the tummy area. Studies reveal that people who often skip breakfast develop risks of being obese, coupled with metabolic imbalances.


 

Deficiency of Nutrients and Hormonal Disruption

When the first meal is not eaten, there is a deficiency of essential nutrients that the body needs to be able to be functional throughout the day. Skipping breakfast is also supposed to affect mental ability. People who save their stomachs early in the day would probably complain of tiredness, irritability, and failure to focus. A good breakfast stabilizes energy levels, promotes a better mood, and enhances the cognitive function of a person during the day.
