Bangladesh Influencer Burned: Al Amin, a 40-year-old Bangladeshi content creator from Gauripur, is fighting for his life following a tragic fire stunt intended for a social media clip. He is currently admitted in serious condition in the burn unit of BIRDEM Hospital in Dhaka.
The incident occurred on Friday at an artificial reservoir near the Dariyapur brickfield neighborhood, when Al Amin was attempting to film a dramatic fire sequence, and can be seen semi-naked in the viral footage. According to witnesses, he planned to pour petrol over the water surface and ignite it while partially immersed, intending to produce a visually spectacular effect for his reel. However, an excessive amount of petrol led the flames to flare wildly, engulfing him in seconds.

Al Amin can be seen jumping into the reservoir in an attempt to put out the flames while semi-naked and clearly terrified in video clips from the scene. In spite of this, a significant area of his skin had already sustained severe burns. According to his production assistants, between 35 and 40 percent of his physique has been impacted.

Locals instantly went to rescue him and took him to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital. As his health deteriorated, physicians referred him to the specialized burn unit at BIRDEM Hospital, where he remains in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) under close care.

Al Amin Health Present Condition:
As per media reports, it is established that physicians are doing everything necessary to stabilize him. Subal Chandra Adhikari, his lifelong helper, has asked Bangladeshis to offer prayers for his healing. The incident has once again sparked grave worries about the increasing number of risky stunts carried out for social media material, frequently without the use of safety precautions or expert supervision.
