Allu Arjun–Sritej Issue: The kind of social noises that have recently emerged around the Allu Arjun-Sritej case have actually begun to stir up some public attention, particularly on financial accountability that the child should have received and whether or not the expenses raised were authentic. Thus, Allu Arjun’s team would like to set the record completely straight.
An official statement has reported that ₹3 Crores 20 Lakhs and 40 Thousand have already been expended on Sritej. This covers treatment, long-term accommodation, and hospital-related expenses. A hefty part of that amount has been set aside as a fixed deposit of ₹1.5 Crores in the child’s name for securing his future.
Interest accruing on the fixed deposit was a phenomenal ₹17 Lakhs, which was directly transferred to the family. That alone could be an additional relief for meeting ongoing medical or personal requirements.
Further, Allu Arjun’s team also recently cleared hospital dues of ₹76 Lakhs, ensuring that there is no pending liability on the family toward all medical procedures, surgeries, and emergency care required by the child.
Turning to reporters, Bunny Vasu, representing Allu Arjun’s team, stated that Sritej’s father would always be welcome to mention such future requirements. They did assure that they would continue to care for the child if over time the need for more expenses were required. Their position remained open, empathizing, and committed to the welfare of the child.
When one actually pulls out a scale and weighs the child’s real medical needs versus the Amout spent, it becomes abundantly clear that Allu Arjun and his team have gone far beyond the immediate needs of the treatment of medical conditions. These considerations regarding treatment fees plus savings for the child would appear to chain all thoughts of ongoing support, not just a one-off donation of charity.
