Cyber Crime DCP Arvind Babu firmly rejected the rumours, clearly stating that iBomma Ravi had never at any point been offered a job.

He explained that there was neither remorse nor intention of reform in Ravi’s conduct while in custody. In fact, he cooperated minimally with the investigations during the eight-day custody by answer only a few questions.
