His company, Salman Khan Ventures, has announced plans to develop a Rs 10,000 crore integrated township project along with a world-class film studio in the state. These will feature a championship-level golf course, luxury leisure areas, premium homes, and beautifully designed nature trails. The highlight of the project is the state-of-the-art film and OTT studio. This studio will be built with advanced post-production facilities, modern shooting floors, and talent development programs. These facilities will help young filmmakers, actors, and technicians learn and grow in the film industry. The studio aims to create a complete ecosystem for making films and web series under one roof.

This big announcement was made during the Telangana Rising Global Summit, which is being organized to attract large investments into the state. The Telangana government is aiming to make the state a $3 trillion economy, and such mega projects play an important role in achieving that goal.

Recently, Salman Khan met Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in Mumbai, strengthening the bond between the state government and the actor. Salman also attended the Indian Supercross Racing League Season 2, where his company officially revealed the investment plans.

This is the first time a Bollywood celebrity is directly investing in a film studio in Telangana. Reports also suggest that actor Ajay Devgn may be in talks with the state government to set up another studio in Hyderabad.
