Allu Arjun is gearing up for the release of his much awaited Pan India sequel film Pushpa : The Rule and is reportedly in talks to collaborate with Beast director Nelson Dilipkumar for an action flick.
Arjun, who reached to pan India prominence with Pushpa: The Rise, is currently filming the much awaited sequel, Pushpa: The Rule, which will be released on December 5. Besides Pushpa 2, he has exciting projects lined up main, including another high voltage project, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, though this one may take some time to start.
Recently, reports have surfaced that Icon star is set to team up with Tamil director Nelson Dilipkumar, who is known for blockbuster hit films like Jailer, Beast, Doctor , and Kolamaavu Kokila . All the these film’s are critically and commercially successful. His recent directorial film Jailer starring Superstar Rajinikanth received critical appraise for acting , execution, screenplay and direction. It became his most successful film, earning over Rs 600 crore (US$72 million) worldwide.

Nelson Dilipkumar reportedly pitched a storyline to Allu Arjun, who asked for a bound script after being impressed. If it proceeds as expected, Nelson may begin this project with Allu Arjun once he completes Jailer 2. He also confirmed Kolamaavu Kokila, Doctor, and Beast would have sequels owing frequent success. Jailer 2 starring Rajinikanth is all set to release in theaters on 31 Oct 2025.
While Arjun is busy in shooting for action drama sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule directed and written by Sukumar. It is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar with an estimated budget of Rs 500 crores . The film stars Allu Arjun in the titular role alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil and serves direct sequel to the 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise. The upcoming film Rule is scheduled to be theatrically released on 5 December 2024.
