Aamir khan Reveals His Dream Project Surprises Everyone. Presently, Aamir Khan is occupied with the promotion of Laapataa Ladies, which is India’s official Oscar 2025 entry. The actor discussed his dream project, Mahabharata, fostering up-and-coming talent, and creating more movies in an interview with BBC News.
Talking about Mahabharath he said,”Well, that’s my dream project and it’s a very scary project. So huge and I am scared of getting it wrong. It’s a huge responsibility because as Indians, it’s something so close to us, it’s in our blood. So I want to get it right. I want to make every Indian proud. I also want to show the world what India has. I don’t know if it will happen, but it’s something I want to work towards. So let’s see.”
At a 2018 event, writer Anjum Rajabali told the media that Aamir Khan had been working on the big project of creating a high-profile Mahabharata movie. He really left the Rakesh Sharma biopic that same year to focus on the movie, which was reportedly being made on a ₹1000 crore budget.
In the interim. Following the box office failure of his most recent film, Laal Singh Chaddha, Aamir Khan took a hiatus from acting. With the movie Sitaare Zameen Par, the actor will now make a reappearance. The main actors in the movie are Aamir, Darsheel Safary, and Genelia Deshmukh. The sequel, which is based on the 2018 Spanish film Champions, is directed by RS Prasanna. The movie is slated for release in 2025 and is presently under post-production.
