Ever since that incident, the internet broke on divorce rumours. After a few months, The couple made the first public appearance for a wedding which cleared the air about divorce rumours. Abhishek Bachchan recently graced Ritesh Deshmukh’s talk show, Case Toh Banta Hai where he was teased by Ritesh. In the conversation, Ritesh asks Amitabh ji, Aishwarya, Aaradhya, aur aap Abhishek. Yeh saare ‘A’ letter se shuru hote hain. Toh Jaya aunty aur Shweta ne aisa kya kar liya (All 4 names have started with ‘A’ but what do Jaya aunty and Shweta do ) to which Abhishek replied “This, you’ll have to ask them? But I think this has become a tradition in our house. Abhishek, Aaradhya…”
Ritesh interrupted Abhishek and asked after Aaradhya will there be a second child. To this Abhishek Bachchan clearly said, Now we’ll see after the next generation comes. Ritesh then asked “Who will wait that much? Like Riteish, Riaan, Rahyl (his two sons), Abhishek, Aaradhya…” This left Abhishek Bachchan blushing and playfully said, “Respect your elders Riteish, I am elder to you.” Ritesh ended the conversation by touching Abhishek Bachchan’s feet.
Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in I Want To Talk. Though the film received positive reviews it failed to attract audience to theatres. Abhishek will next be seen in Housefull 5 which also stars the star cast including Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Sonam Bajwa, Fardeen Khan, Nargis Fakhri and others in prominent roles. The ‘I Want To Talk’ actor is in talks to play the antagonist in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film King. The reports also suggest Abhishek is also a part of D’Souza’s dance film Be Happy which will make its direct digital debut on Amazon Prime Video.
